Ive Got a Sticky Situation. Can You Help?

I’d like your opinion, please.

Here are the facts:

I interviewed a lawyer for a podcast here on Divorce Discourse. The interview went well and it’s fairly interesting. It’s still on the site.

Since the interview, the lawyer was arrested on charges of distributing child pornography. He has now surrendered his law license and agreed to plead guilty. He will appear in court next week for entry of the plea.

My question is this: should I leave the interview up on this site or take it down?
