It has always been hard to get a job practicing family law: the firms tend to be small, and hiring is infrequent. Today, with increasing numbers of graduates, layoffs, and the economy, it’s even harder to find a position and secure the job.
Today we start a series of four podcasts called How to Get a Job in Family Law. We’ve interviewed the decision makers in four different and diverse firms. You’ll get the inside scoop on what happens behind the scenes. This series will help you get the job you really want.

The first interview is with Randy Kessler. Kessler is Chair-Elect of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section and is a regular on national news programs.
