Every so often your phone contract comes up for renewal. What do you do? Most of us simply stick with the current vendor and don’t consider our options. Going out and researching alternatives is time consuming and confusing.
Enter the telephone service broker.
We hooked up with a local guy, Scott Langdon, years ago. Scott was able to cut our telephone bills in half. Brokers, like Scott, are available in your market.
These brokers are similar to mortgage brokers. They become your agent for comparing and contrasting all of the companies that provide dial tone in your area. These companies will bid for your telephone, internet, and conferencing business. The broker’s job is to pick the best package for you. If a package deal with one company isn’t the most cost-effective for you, the broker can bundle your deal with several providers. The fee is paid by the vendor. In other words, you get the most economical services available to you, and the companies you choose pay the broker’s commission.
Don’t just stick with your current provider. Let the broker do the research, see what you can save, and make the switch if it saves you money.
