WeWe Monitor. It’s Not all about You

A friend of mine has been having some back pain. He went to Google to search for solutions. Do you think he searched on “back pain” or “Bob the Chiropractor”? If you guessed “back pain” then you guessed right. And when he clicked on the search results you can be sure he spent time on the sites that helped him fix his back. He wasn’t interested in the sites about “Bob”. You can also assume he didn’t make it beyond the first page of a site if he wasn’t finding solutions.

WeWe Monitor is a service you can use, for free, to determine if your site is focused on the prospective client or on you. Are you talking about them and their problem or are you extolling the virtues of your firm. Focusing on the client and their problem will be far more effective at grabbing the visitor’s attention. Focusing on their problem will keep the user on the site. Focusing on your practice will result in very short site visits (and very little new business).
