A big part of building your intake system is figuring out how your prospective clients want to interact with you and how they want to engage in this intake process. In our law firm, we determined that our clients really wanted to talk by voice to somebody. They weren’t to talk to a live human being and to vent and to get a lot of things off their chest. Was that a convenient or cheap way for us to do things? No, but that’s what they wanted, and that’s what they were willing to pay for. How do your clients want to communicate?
