Today’s lesson is up in your feed and we’re talking about how to identify the action-items that are going to make up your plan and the difference between “the plan” and the process of planning. We’ll also talk about the time-scale of what you’re going to be planning. Some people are really good at being able to see multi-year processes all at once, but I’m not. I usually like to plan things a year at a time, since that’s a more manageable chunk and I’m a big fan of working on a one-page strategic plan.
