It’s Always Going to Be Crazy

I attended a Marshall Goldsmith program in Houston a week ago.

I can’t stop thinking about this thing he said: “It’s always going to be crazy.”

It keeps bouncing around in my head.

It’s been crazy my whole life. I’m always short on time, and I can’t get to everything.

I say to myself, “I’ll get to it when things settle down.”

With Marshall’s help, I’m realizing that it isn’t going to settle down.

What can you do about the crazy? Not much, since that’s the way it’s always going to be.

By the way, Marshall Goldsmith is an amazing presenter. His book What Got You Here Won’t Get You There is beyond fantastic.
