However, after making the decision, I realized I needed some help. I joined the Rosen Institute a few months before making the exit and it proved to be the best decision for me and my practice as it immediately saved me thousands of dollars in start-up costs that I would have incurred but for the programs and advice of Lee and the institute members. From the type of office space (saved ~$1,500 a month) to website creation (saved time and hundreds or thousands) to marketing (saved hundreds or thousands) it had a huge impact. When I joined, I thought I would simply get more good advice and direction from Lee—and that was there—but what I didn’t realize was how valuable the collective mind of the institute members would be, seeing software and hardware reviews, ideas on intake packets, accounting, etc. I’ve been able to find people across the country to refer family, friends, and clients to that need an attorney where I know no attorneys. I have had my questions answered—simple as well as bigger ones—from a group of intelligent and driven attorneys.
I would recommend the Rosen Institute to anyone, especially to those in the same position I was in – hoping for partnership but really needing to build something for myself.
