Most lawyers I talk to don’t have time to create a strategic plan because they are legitimately too busy to sit down and write one out. Believe me, I understand what that’s like. But I’m not giving you an easy way out of this one. Busyness makes us feel productive and important, but it doesn’t necessarily mean we’re actually making progress in the business.
