We’re spending today working through the one page planning form. We’re looking at the short-term nature of quarterly and yearly plans. You’re going to feel some tension as you create and implement the plan between work that’s focused internally – the systems and the management, vs work that’s focused externally on the clients and the marketing, and we’ll take a look at that in today’s lesson.
