Today’s lesson is up in your feed and we’re digging into the nitty-gritty of the “one page” plan. I’ll admit up front, the idea of a one page plan comes from a time when everything was printed on physical paper. That may or may not be something you want to do – it works for some people and their teams to print out the plan or parts of it for distribution.
The idea that it has to be a single page is also a little misleading. There are all kinds of ways to fit a lot of information onto “one page”. What we’re really after is specifying a limit so we can distill the goals and priorities into something manageable and easily digestible by you and the people who need to be on board.
