Welcome back. We’re about to start jumping into specific tactics – but before we do, I want to talk about an important aspect of marketing, and that’s what you keep control of vs. what you delegate. It’s tempting to hand off the entire marketing process, from creating the story, to selecting the tactics, to pushing the “publish” button or giving the speech. I love delegation – I would delegate everything if I could, but there’s one part of this process I wan’t you to make sure that you hold on to and retain control over.
