I have another assignment for you today, and we’re talking about the notion of how you will test the viability of your vision and whether or not that’s really necessary. I also want to talk a little bit about what it looks like to actually chart out the todo list for moving forward with the vision you’ve created. I don’t know about you, but I can’t plan 10 years worth steps at once, and I think for most of us, that’s just overwhelming and means we don’t get anything done. I worked on my vision a year at a time, broken into quarters, because that gave me a time frame I could wrap my head around easily and one where I could specify very clear and achievable goals.
