One of the big questions we need to answer is “who is going to take care of the intake at your practice”?
That’s going to look different based on your practice area, the kinds of clients you have, the size of your firm, and a lot of other factors. It’s likely going to change several times as your firm grows. It might start with you handling every call that comes in, it might get handed off to an answering service, or you may hire a staff member to take care of it.
