We’re focused on a limited piece of the potential client conversion funnel in this program – we’re looking at the process from when the potential client decides to contact your law firm, up through the time when they meet with a lawyer.

That’s a narrow piece of the funnel, but it’s a critical piece. And it’s often neglected. This program applies to you regardless of the stage of development of your practice. Be careful about deciding that business is different from what we’re describing in this program. The issues we’ll address apply across the board, they apply to practices representing businesses and those representing consumers, they apply in every practice area they apply, whether you see many new clients each year or just a few.
