It’s been great sharing some of our favorite email tips and getting ideas from the rest of the group. I really appreciate everyone participating and letting us know which of these tips have been helpful, which you’ve already been using, and providing advice to other members in need of suggestions. I want to take things full circle and take another look at your inbox as a metaphor for your business and see how we can apply the ideas we’ve learned about this fairly small part of your firm to the bigger picture.
