Today, I want to take a look forward. For a lot of you, this program is the first time you’ve taken a serious shot at thinking about systems in your practice, to say nothing of actually documenting and building them. You’re still in the building phase, and the amount of progress you’re going to see from month to month will be huge.

I want to share some thoughts about optimizing your systems once they’re up and running. For some of you who already have some fairly complicated systems in place that need some tweaking, today’s lesson will give you some ideas from how I approached it. If it’s all still very new, today’s message will be something to keep in mind for a little later down the road.

I also talk about the concept of the “key frustrations” list that will help inform what makes it onto your missing systems list and how to make the most of that.
