I have a few things to say about the systems I found most important and critical in my practice. They’re the ones that made it possible for me to add or replace staff without losing institutional knowledge. They made it possible for me to sell the practice, because the risk of losing what I had built when I was gone had been removed. Marketing, finance, HR – they were all necessary to make things move along.
