Keeping up with your notes and schedule of keeping up with your referral sources is important, so I have some thoughts on what’s important. It’s also time to increase the number of names on your list and start thinking about your ideal list capacity, and how to prune/refresh the list in the future. You’ve also likely had questions about pro-bono work, and I have a few thoughts on that as well.
